Dillon Brooks Agrees to Three-Year Suns Extension
Dillon Brooks agreed to a three-year, $73 million contract extension that keeps him with Phoenix through the 2029–30 season. The Canadian wing joined the Suns in the Kevin Durant trade and took on a larger scoring role alongside his defensive responsibilities.
SLAM reports that Brooks averaged a career-best 20.2 points in the regular season and 26 points during Phoenix’s first-round playoff series against Oklahoma City. The extension makes him a longer-term part of the team being built around Devin Booker.
